Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 – Scope of the general terms and conditions of sale

The present general terms and conditions apply to all sales of holidays made on our website www.camping-viginet.com or by telephone, post or e-mail, and apply to the entire campsite, whether pitches or rentals. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.

All customers acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions prior to booking a holiday, for themselves and any other person taking part in the holiday.
Under the conditions defined by the French Data Protection Act and the European Data Protection Regulation, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and, if the processing is not essential to the execution of the order and the stay and their consequences, to object to all his personal data at any time by writing, by post and providing proof of his identity, to Camping Le Viginet 2 chemin du Manoir 63710 St Nectaire.

Article 2 – BOOKING CONDITIONS

– Reservations are only binding on the campsite if they have been accepted, which the campsite is free to do or refuse, depending on availability and, in general, on any circumstances likely to affect the execution of the reservation made. The campsite offers family-oriented holidays, in the traditional sense, and the accommodation is specially designed for this purpose.
The campsite reserves the right to refuse any booking which is contrary to this principle, or which seeks to circumvent it.
– The booking of a camping pitch or rental is made on a strictly personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.
– Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
– Distance selling and right of withdrawal: Distance selling is governed by articles L.121-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The 7-day cooling-off period provided for in article L.121-20 does not apply to accommodation services (see last paragraph of article L.121-20-4 of the same code).

2.1 Camping pitches
– The basic package includes a pitch for a tent, caravan or camper van, 1 person, 1 vehicle, access to sanitary facilities and reception facilities.

on booking at the campsite.

Article 4 – MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION

4.1 Changes to your booking can be made free of charge, subject to availability at the campsite. No reductions will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

4.2 In the absence of a message from you indicating a postponement of your arrival date, the accommodation may become available for sale again the following day at 12 noon after the arrival date stated on the contract, and you will consequently lose the benefit of your reservation.

4.3 Unused services
If your stay is interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure), you will not be entitled to a refund.

4.4 Cancellation by the campsite
In the event of cancellation by the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation cannot give rise to the payment of damages.

4.5 Cancellation by the customer
All cancellations must be made in writing (by recorded delivery) to the campsite.
In the event of cancellation of your stay
– more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the booking fees and your deposit will be retained.

case, no refund will be made. Category I and II dogs are prohibited.

5.4 House rules
